If you can provide accurate diemension, then we can install and stitch the worktop perfectly. So you can see our work top will be screw-fixed with the cabinet instead of just using clue. You can see the cabinet are well-ordered and solid in line. The work top and cabinet go well with each other.
Edging Machine
The edging machine can complete automation to finish the four sizes edge .You can see clearly high standard demand on edging and it will big effect on the furniture quality .
The cabinet made of 18mm thickness E1 Grade MDF, veneered melamine laminate, 2mm thickness PVC Seal the edge for the overall beauty, moisture proof, anti-aging, non-fading, firm and steadily structure. Sound-absorbent material filled for added rigidity and quiet operation.
Hinge for drawer is 105 degrees or 175 degrees DTC hinge.
Rubber door bumper is applied to avoid noise and damage of cabinet.
Integral Handle is available, with good appearance.
