First, we will confirm the blower location base on lab floor. As the drawing, blower install on the wall is suit for lower floor like ground floor and first floor. Higher floor need other designs such as roof blower design.
Then, confirm the fume hood placement location in laboratory. Fume hood should be avoid setting near or facing the door as far as possible inner the room. Consider about both the pipe length and fume extract efficiency, find out a best placement location.
Finally, confirm the blower type. Pipe length is much relate to the blower efficiency. For attain the same effect, longer pipe should combine with higher efficiency blower. So, the irrational design not only increase product cost but also lab operating cost in the future.
